My Favorite Target Finds
Oh Target, how I love to walk down your isles to explore and imagine all of the fun ways I can update my house….on my way to grab the groceries on my list. 😂😂 But seriously, how many of you find yourself having a quick escape from life’s everyday realities for a few minutes on your way to pick up your weekly grocery list? I can’t be the only one….
Oh Target, how I love to walk down your isles to explore and imagine all of the fun ways I can update my house….on my way to grab the groceries on my list. But seriously, how many of you find yourself having a quick escape from life’s everyday realities for a few minutes on your way to pick up your weekly grocery list? I can’t be the only one….
This past week I actually had an excuse to purchase a few of my favorite finds to finish decorating a forgotten space in our kitchen. On the end of our peninsula is an area in the backsplash that has a TON of unused electrical boxes and ugly outlet covers. (This was not my choice, the house had this unfortunate design dilemma when we purchased it.) I had decided to purchase a new tray and make the eyesore area into an area of inspiration and favorite things. This peninsula in our kitchen is one of the most used spaces in our house. The kids can be found scarfing down a quick breakfast before running out to school in the morning…..I take quick breaks at the counter for a snack or to take a quick call during the day…..and multiple projects and crafts are regularly played with (have I told you how I have a love/hate relationship with slime?).
This super cute, rattan tray seemed to call for me as I was walking past the hand sanitizer station….it beckoned me to come over and take a closer look….along with a few other items. I found a vase and candle that will look great in the tray combined with some other items I already have. I had to include some other goodies that I saw as well! The magazine holder that I included on my finds list can also be used in your kiddo’s room to organize their vinyl collection. (My friend Amy pointed this out.)
There are different pieces I included in my favorites from home accessories to furniture. Hurry and grab what you like for yourself or a friend, or even something sweet to send to a loved one you can’t see a ton right now to cheer up their home for the new year.
On a side note, I discovered a few helpful Target hints that I’ll share with you in the next few days.
Praying blessings to you and yours,
